| What is the size of each Christmas stocking? | Answer: approximately 7" wide x 14" long - if you need another size, please e-mail or call me |
| To what extent can the breed photo designs be altered for pet's coloring? | Designs are digitized often with multiple layers for pet fur. If you send me a photo of your pet, I will do my best to match his/her coloring within the confines of the digitized design. |
| I notice that some of the breed options refer to "photostitch". What is photostitch? | Photostitch is a method of digitizing whereby stitches are created in a more realistic "fur-like" manner. Stitch counts, therefore, are typically higher. |
| Can the sizes of the in-stock designs (photos) be adjusted? | Answer: I can adjust up to 20% of the original file size - (increasing or decreasing) but original size tends to produce the best quality. |
| Do you offer items other than Christmas stockings? | Yes, I do. I can sew-out embroidery designs on clothing items (yours or mine), home decor items, etc. Please e-mail with questions. |
| How is payment made? |
Answer: until I build my business enough (hopefully via word-of-mouth referrals - hint, hint), I only accept personal checks (with proper identification) or money orders/cashier's checks

| When will I receive my order? |
Answer: once payment is received, orders are filled in the order in which payments were received. As I am only one person, I sincerely appreciate orders earlier than later. All Christmas gifts are guaranteed delivery no later than December 15th. The last day I will accept orders is Friday, December 1st.
